Meeting and Convention Planning

Caribe Royale All-Suites Resort and Convention Center offers the perfect setting for meetings and conventions in Orlando. Caribe Royale's full-service, on-site Convention Services Department caters to meeting and convention planners with flexible, accommodating meeting facilities that can be transformed into the ideal setting for small meetings to extensive convention space, lavish receptions and banquets. Caribe Royale is independently owned and operated, so ALL decisions are made conveniently on-site.

Our convention center is growing:

• Available in the fall of 2003, our Grand Caribe Convention Center expansion raises our total flexible meeting space to 150,000 sq. ft. Highlights include new 40,000 sq. ft. ballroom and 20 new breakout rooms of 1,000 sq. ft. each.
• Our 2003 expansion will accommodate groups of up to 4,500, and increase our banquet capacity to 3,300.

Calypso's
What's more enjoyable than an afternoon spent leisurely sunbathing poolside? Well, an afternoon spent sunbathing while enjoying tropical drinks and grilled delights, of course. Parrot Isle Lounge
As the sun begins to fade, the Parrot Isle Lounge is the perfect place to unwind. Adjacent to our main lobby and overlooking the lower level of the reception building, the lounge features more than 23 single malt scotches, 14 varieties of tequila and an extensive wine list of vintage and early 1970 selections. It also features the excitement of a wide-screen TV for games, and the soothing sounds of piano music.

In-suite Dining
Of course, in addition to our wide array of dining establishments, perhaps the most relaxing way to enjoy a meal is in the comfort of your own suite. Not a problem - guests have our in-suite dining service at their disposal. Bon appetite!

Can you blame them? In our one-bedroom suites, designer appointed living areas and bedrooms, and an abundance of amenities, make Caribe Royale an oh-so-comfortable home-away-from-home. The standard suites come with two queen-size beds and a large bathroom. Each suite offers a full work area complete with a desk for business travelers. Within each Tower, a concierge desk is located in the lobby area offering on-site assistance and information about off-property sites and services.

For larger parties, prepare to be wowed by our 120 fully furnished two-bedroom villas. With a uniquely elegant atmosphere, these well-appointed villas include a master suite with Jacuzzi tub, fully-equipped kitchen, and living room. Each villa offers a full work area complete with a desk for business travelers. From the screened balcony, guests will enjoy views of the serene lake and private pool.
